If its the fact your mod isn't showing up in the 'Mod Options' section though which is more what it seems like, it depends on the version of the game. Once you have downloaded the mod you want after installing Forge (which from what I can read, you have installed it), you put mods in the mods folder of your Launcher setup. Remember Forge is a way to make your standard game into a mod ready environment, it doesn't do anything more than that.įrom what I understand at least, you want to download a mod, I assume you have gone to a legit mod site like or /mc-mods or so instead of a mod repost site which are bad sites that steal other mods from creators and 'repost them'. What mod are you after and how after you attempting to download it, what site? What Launcher are you using? Standard/Vanilla I assume.
